• How many states have you been to?

Well, this mine, in which also includes the Island 🏝 of PR. Start traveling more it doesn’t have to be only by flight. It could also be by just taking a nice road trip with family and friends, and I won’t advise strangers. I do encourage you to go see other states and / or maybe countries that fit your financial means. -CM
  • The Advice

What advice would you give to your teenage self?

The advice I would have given to my teenage self would have been, nothing, but God blessed me with wisdom already at that time. I would instead say I am proud of my teenage me for standing up my ground and never giving up on myself or my faith when I was struggling with my family issues and giving up everything to start again by myself at 19. For not listening to the outsider who tried speaking negatively about my life and for saying, because I am pretty I will sell my body for money to survive in this world. I AM PROUD OF TEENAGE  ME, For reminding me that in the heart and the mind, not even my parents knew who I was or what I would become. It was only God and me against the odds. Teenage me you were right where you were supposed to be and that’s what God had intended for you to be at that time and that’s why we are where we are today. Blessed! -CM

  • The Caitlin Clark Effect

A new era for women’s basketball is upon us. Barring any injuries, minus some haters in the WNBA and other unforeseen circumstances, Caitlin Clark could change the game of women’s basketball in the way the dynamic duo of Larry Bird and Magic Johnson, or the majestic solo air show of Michael Jordan, has done for the NBA. Changing the game, putting women’s basketball on a platform that has never been available before. We wonder what’s in store for the league with Caitlin joining them.

  • My Cousin

Who is the most confident person you know?

    Anaïs B.

I would say the most confident person I know is my cousin Anaïs, she is a young pro basketball player from the Suisse national team. She worked so hard to get where she was without giving up on herself. At just a young baller she was sponsored by a former tennis player Roger Federer Foundation, and he saw great potential in her. She never stops learning and improving herself, she taught herself how to speak English and other languages. At just 16 years old she decided to move to the US alone with the support of her single mother my aunt with the honor of receiving a scholarship at one of the best private school programs in Virginia. I love her confidence in keeping it going for herself and never giving up on the dreams that dwell within her heart! I am so proud of her, and her dedication to hard work and knowledge. Keep it going ma, cousine! -CM

  • It takes one Second

There are blessings in waking up and wishing someone a good morning. Just like it is just to bless God by thanking Him for protecting us throughout the night and for waking us up every time we get to see a new day. As a person who works in aviation, meeting thousands of people every day and greeting them with a nice welcoming smile and not getting a response could be so rude. So parents, I please encourage you to teach and keep the blessings going through by setting the example of teaching your children to greet everything that breathes and speaks. It takes one second to respond back to others.

Growing up in Cameroon 🇨🇲,  if I woke up in the morning and not greeted everyone in the house, I would get sent back to my room and start again. I carry that with me ever since I can remember. I understand the cultural differences, that’s why it is always important for me to greet everyone and make them feel important. I too fall short and try to do better.

    Good morning 🙏

It takes one second to bless someone with just a simple good morning or at least a response back to their greetings. My personal opinions and all ❤️! -CM
